Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sign a Friendship Agreement with the city of Sendai

Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed a Friendship Agreement with the city of Sendai and its chamber of commerce.

Signing the friendship agreement comes on the heels of the summit conference between Korea and Japan's Chamber of Commerce last week in the city of Sendai where the president of GCCI presented the idea.

According to the friendship agreement, GCCI and its counterparts in Sendai will cooperate in trade and industrial investment as well as urban development, cultural tourism and economic exchanges. 

President Park added that the city of Gwangju and its Chamber of Commerce office will work on strengthening economic ties with Sendai by effectively exchanging opinions and cooperating with each other.
